How long does a custom order take?

Turnaround time can be as little as 24 hours to a couple weeks, plus shipping time- depending on what is wanted and quantity of hats. 

What hat styles do you offer?

Trucker, baseball, dad hat, canvas hat, distressed hats, visors (all hats have adjustable back closure) and beanies

Can I send my own design?

Yes, you can send your own patch design or logo for a DTF (direct to film), vinyl or sublimation patch. An embroidered patch needs to be a minimum of 50 and will take much longer than my TAT, as I would need to send those out.

How can I receive my purchase?

Orders can be shipped via USPS/UPS (whichever is most reasonable), free pick up in Franktown, Colorado, or, for a fee, possible delivery in the Parker, CO area. 

Can I wash my patched hat?

It is possible to wash your hat with iron on patches. Recommend turning hat inside out, avoid hot water and harsh detergents or bleach, use a gentle cycle, best with a hat washer cage to keep its form.

Do you offer bulk discounts for teams?

We love to receive all size orders. If your order comes into us all together as one, and we can order our needed product as bulk, we are happy to share those savings with you. 

How are patches attached?

The patches we use are high quality iron-on embroidered patches. 99% of them will be heat pressed only, sometimes glue may be used to secure any lifting.
