At Cap and Patch, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will make it right!
Defective or Incorrect Items Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if your item arrives defective or incorrect. We will remake or replace your hat at no additional cost to you.
Custom Orders Custom hats that have been designed and approved by the customer are non-refundable and non-replaceable unless they arrive defective due to a manufacturing error.
Returns & Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing preference, or buyer's remorse. All sales are final except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.
Refund Processing In the rare case that a monetary refund is issued, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
